Lucy and Francis first met whilst working at the prestigious Liverpool Everyman Theatre. It didn’t take them long to recognise they both had in common a passion for teaching.
Lucy with her experience teaching in the South, Francis in the North they soon decided to join forces and create North West End Acting School – a unique, current and vibrant acting school in the heart of Chester.
With a combined 35 years in the business and some incredible credits under their belts, they have a wealth of diverse and spectacular performing experience.
They have worked extensively in the London's West End ; the Royal Court and the RSC as well as T.V credits in Eastenders; Casualty; Doctors; Coronation Street and Cutting It to name but a few.

“I am from a small town in Somerset. Back then I had no idea what it took to become an actress, all I had was determination and a love for theatre. I would have given anything for some guidance and some confidence to help me make the journey easier. Now I have lived through those years and seen what it takes to succeed. I set up North West End Acting School because I want to do all I can to help aspiring performers get to where they want to be and I hope to do this through my supportive, encouraging teaching so that you can grow and flourish as a performer”
Francis Tucker
"I was a teenage session musician before I realised I wanted to be an actor. I went back to college to study theatre and acting. I was very lucky to have great teachers who mentored and gave me guidance to gain a scholarship into one of the top drama schools in the country. My passion will always be acting but it's also teaching others and giving them the same guidance I was given back in the day. I have been a professional actor for twenty five years with extensive experience in TV, Film and Theatre. I teach acting to all ages and abilities, I also teach and prepare students wishing to audition for drama schools. My classes help you grow in confidence, ability, to inspire and to help you on your journey to becoming a great versatile actor in this industry".
